YOUR BAG SPA (YBS) is located at Paris van Java Bandung, West Java, Indonesia).The terms and conditions set out below (Terms) apply to all users of the YBS site.

YBS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time and in any manner at its discretion. Any modifications of terms and conditions that YBS makes will be notified to its members or followers.

General Service Offering – Servicing in YBS
Overview

YBS provide services to clean and restore item’s material for Handbags, Jackets, Wallets, Shoes and accessories at the YBS store. YBS undertakes to exercise utmost care in processing your articles and gives the best opinion first, and will discuss it with you to make a best decision.

Cleaning and Restoration with YBS
YBS are not responsible to inherent weakness or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing. This applies from animal skins such as Suede, Nubuck and Leather material.

Membership

YBS will be happy if you register as its member. To become a Member, you must complete the online application form, and it is free. As a member, you can sell your beloved items or purchase the Pre-Loved from YBS e-boutique or YBS store.

Purchase Pre-Loved

Do not worry to lose the info, because YBS will contact the Member with a price for that specific product and the Member will be able to choose whether to proceed with payment on the terms offered.

Sell Beloved

Most of your beloved items will always remain on our premises, some will be sent out for additional care, such as alterations, repairs and/ or additional specialist care. YBS has the right to maintain full control and responsibility for all beloved items during movement at its discretion.

In the event that beloved items are not collected within ninety (90) days, YBS has the right to dispose of them as it sees fit and shall not be held liable for any loss that you may suffer in such an event.

Liability
YBS liability with respect to any damaged to garments caused by us. When it happens, the customer shall earn three (3) times of our charge for processing/servicing regardless of brand or condition. No claims for damages will be recognised unless you advise us of same within forty eight (48) hours of collecting the garments.

Terms & Conditions
Valued customers are to be advised for the following conditions and YBS will not be responsible at a reasonable cause.

– Some stains on beloved item which goes through the Cleaning process may not be totally removed (YBS take pride to reduce the stains as much as possible.)

-Odor may not be totally removed after disinfection upon serious condition.
(However, most situations after the process of disinfection can reduce odour by 80%.)

– Faded leather will remain as it is after General Cleaning. To restore the color, YBS offers Recolouring treatment.

– Permanent leather breaks and lines might not be improved.

– Heavily soiled linings due to oxidation, permanent pen marks (which in most cases) are not possible to be cleaned.

– Customers must inspect all articles upon collection.
(Any feed backs shall be made at the time of collection – YBS shall not be responsible for subsequent feed backs made after the item leave the premise an unreasonable cause)

– Variations, alterations, differences might occur during repairs and customization. Changes would result in the form of shape, size, appearance, stitching, colour, pattern and structure.

– Repairs & Customization work might or might not resemble original.

– Refunds will be made for reasonable dissatisfaction/ and job will be guaranteed, assessment will be made for any dissatisfaction. All work is attempted in good faith with YBS specialist.
